Refund Policy

Within 30 days of your software download purchase, you may request a full refund from DriveFix for any reason. We cannot however accept returns more than 30 days after your download. To return software download to us, please email refunds@drivefix.com with your full name, address, telephone number, product name and clickbank receipt number.

You have 30 days to return a retail boxed product in re-sellable condition to DriveFix, no questions asked. Damaged, missing contents and otherwise non re-sellable products will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes, returns more than 30 days after delivery, or software that is not in its original packaging. To return a retail box product to us, you will need an RMA (return merchandise authorization) Number. In order to obtain and RMA number you will need to email sales@drivefix.com with your full name, address, telephone number, and invoice number.
