Can a Source drive cloned by Drive2Drive be recovered?
Recovery is not necessary, because D2D does not delete the source drive. It remains intact until you delete it. In the unlikely event that you cannot find a file, simply look on your older (source) hard drive.

Can Drive2Drive create a new partition on the target drive?
Drive2Drive is able to create additional partitions of any size on the destination drive. Other programs have an 8Gig limit, D2D can format any size drive.

Can I use Drive2Drive to copy individual files or directories?
Drive2Drive will only do a complete copy of a drive or partition. There is no way to specify individual files or programs to copy. The best way to copy individual programs to a new computer would be to Windows® explorer, which includes a feature that allows you to move programs from one computer to another without the need to reinstall them.
